hello. love your blog.  i go to it everyday and can’t wait for your book…question…do you know if pam was at this gig, THE SMOTHERS BROTHERS SHOW? Thank’s! :D Always nice to know people are waiting for the book with such enthousiasm and to know we have so much support. :) To my knowledge, Pam did not attend the Smothers Brothers show, but I could be wrong.. Not as far as I kow anyway.
